In Sivapuram Village, Dharma holds sway, keeping the villagers uneducated and confined within the village boundaries. Shiva, in love with the daughter of village elder Dharma, learns of the village's oppression and plots to escape with the help of his friends to bring freedom to its people. Along the way, he confronts Dharma's men and takes action, leading to Dharma's arrest by the police and the villagers' liberation.
