Varun, Raju, Nandu, and Bullabbai are good friends. Raju works as a teacher, while Varun, Nandu, and Bullabbai are still waiting for job opportunities. The villagers treat them as outsiders. During the panchayat elections, Pentaiah and Bhaillu Naidu face off fiercely. Pentaiah narrowly wins by one vote, thanks to Pujari's advice. Meanwhile, Nandu falls in love with Mumtaz. Due to a misunderstanding of Giri's Telugu translation, Nandu goes to Mumtaz's house, leading to a confrontation. As a result, Bhaillu Naidu punishes Nandu by making him clean the village for the fair.
