This fast-paced and magical revenge drama revolves around the trials and triumphs in the life of Shiva, a young man blessed with special powers of charming snakes. When he meets a beautiful young lady, Paro from a nearby village, he falls head-over-heels in love with her. She is also attracted to him. However, Paro's dad, Choudhry Charanjit Singh, is inordinately displeased with this match, and goes to the extent of hiring men to subdue and kill Shiva, all in vain. Then, Shiva attempts to resuce Paro from a shape-changing snake, and this earns him the wrath of his mate - another shape-changing snake, who will not rest until Shiva is dead. Will Shiva and Paro succeed in uniting and spending a happy life together?

Aamir Khan would find the mention of this film very funny because he believed it was bad, as was his acting in it.
