A single mother buys a flay in the city of Moscow, where she learns that a home elf has been living there for ages. A witch is paid to get rid of the elf, in order to sell the flat and buy an estate agent. A treasure is hidden in the old flat which forces the new home owners to befriend the home elf that protects the flat from the witch.
