Goofs:
Continuity
In the scene where Barney Ross and Yin Yang stop by a traffic light just before the car chase with Gunner Jensen, the car behind them slows down and stops. When the camera changes angle the same car is seen from a distance slowing down and stopping again.

Continuity
The final time that Barney Ross gets into the cockpit of the plane scene, he gets into the seat while wearing a tactical vest. When he is shown from the front, he no longer has the vest on, but is wearing a t-shirt.

Continuity
In the scene where Barney is running after the plane while trying to get off the island the gun magically disappears and reappears in his hand during the run.

Revealing Mistakes
In the scene where the seaplane turns to the right immediately after take off from the island's port, there is no movement of the ailerons. This scene is clearly CGI.

Revealing Mistakes
In the scene where filming the soldiers moving the car out of the way using the Canon and when they show the camera from the back the on/off switch is clearly in the off position.
Trivia:
Mickey Rourke once said that he made this film as a favor to Sylvester Stallone, who years earlier when Rourke was in a career slump, offered him a major role in Get Carter (2000) and helped to pay part of Rourke's salary himself.

This movie could have been Brittany Murphy's final film. However Sylvester Stallone cut her character from the script before anything was filmed.

Mickey Rourke has split filming his scenes with his appearance in Iron Man 2 (2010), he was only available for 48 hours.

Jason Statham liked the motorcycle he rode in the film so much, he bought one in real life.

This marks as the first Sylvester Stallone film that he starred in since Rocky IV (1985) (also with Dolph Lundgren) to gross $100 million in the US.
