Suspenseful and scintillating, this crime thriller begins when Gopika (Kavya Madhavan) and her father (Oduvil Unnikrishnan) make a visit to the house where Bharathiyamma (Kaviyoor Ponnamma) lives with her two children Balu Damodar (Indrajith) and Ambili (Suja Karthika). Bharathiyamma has one more son Unni Damodar (Dileep) who is working in Dubai.
Unni has deceived his family by fostering the perception that he is working in The Gulf but in reality he has been forced by circumstance to become an infamous smuggler, a criminal who rules over the key legal trade of liquor in the area with Bhai (Murali), Achayan and Achuvettan in Walayar. He even accepts a four-year jail punishment, when the culprit was actually Bhai.
Unni, however confesses what he does, to Gopika whom his mother is insistent that he should marry. After leaving the jail Paramasivam (Unni) realizes that Bhai has been immersed deep into debt because of the cheating of Chinnadan (Kalasala Babu) and his sons. He then again goes to Valayar and thereupon saves Bhai and his family from debt with his wicked mind and tricks.
Soon, he once more becomes the ruler of the illegal liquor smuggling racket in the Valayar area wreaking vengeance upon the Chinnadans and sidelining his gang entirely. Things change when Unni's brother (Indrajith) becomes a police officer.in a twist of fate, he is posted in the Valayar area, where Unni and Bhai have become big-time mob kingpins.
For his part, Balu tries his level best to catch Valayar Paramasivam (Dileep) but does not know that it is his brother; and consequently fails to identify the master criminal. As vengeance for sidelining him, Chinadan kills Bhai's only son Johny and blames Balu for the killing. Incensed by his son's death, Bhai kidnaps Balu fully intent on killing him. How will Paramasivam respond to the threat against his brother? Well in his loyalties lie? Can he succeed in convincing Bhai of Balu's innocence?
