A ten-year-old boy experienced the upheavals of May 1968 from the safety of his grandparents' home, where he was concealed alongside his uncles and great-grandmother. Together, they gathered around a secret hideout, sheltering from the chaos outside. This story is adapted from the novel by Christophe Boltanski.
