HISTORY,CULTURE, CUSTOMARY APPROACH MAKE THE MOVIE DIFFERENT. WAR MOTIVE ANALYSED SOCIALLY. OVERALL WIN WAR AGAINST THE ENEMY & SOCIETC CUSTOMS. VARIETY & GOOD MOVIE.....WORTH SEEING....
Varun Tej needs special appreciation for accepting the film. Playing the lead role in a movie like Kanche and that too his second movie, is the toughest decision. He justifies his decision and wins the hearts of many with his terrific performance.
Pragya Jaiswal is also a good choice for the lead role. Her looks, her performance and her screen presence - she excelled in everything. She is an asset to the film. Her chemistry with Varun Tej is good and decent. I personally wish to see them both together again.
Nikitin Dheer looks perfect both as an 'army man' and 'brother to a sister'. He is not the villain in this movie but his character has different shades - sometimes good & sometimes bad. He looks promising as a bad guy, and there is no wonder if he turns as villain in future too.
Gollapudi Maruthi Rao, Singeetham Srinivasa Rao, Srinivas Avasarala, and all others played short yet crucial roles. You cannot point out at someone and say that this character has got wasted. The war scenes are shot well and I think the foreign audience will definitely love them.
For every film, Direction plays prominent roles. But, it will be a success if it is supported by Dialogues and Cinematography. Though Krish attempted this movie as a director, without the good support from Sai Madhav Burra and Gnana Shekar, the film would have not reached the mark. The collaboration did the magic onscreen. You will definitely appreciate Sai Madhav for a few dialogues. Dealing a love story and a war in a single subject is not an easy task and Krish presents it perfectly. Art by Sahi Suresh will get great appreciation. It would be no wonder if he gets National Level appreciation for his work. His work will be remembered for ages. According to Chirantan Bhatt, Kanche's music is an experiment. Yes, but all the songs have one thing in common - generating the feel. Listening to the songs is truly not good and most of us felt bored, but while you watch them onscreen, it feels good. Before release, there was a doubt about the BGM. But while watching, I felt only one thing - ' What a score man!' Though Chirantan experimented, it came out so well that, it is one of the best scores in the history of Indian Cinema. Editing is good and the fights are composed well. The production values are rich.
