The throttle controls in the single engine plane shown at the beginning are actually for a dual engine plane.

During the fire fight at the jungle base, one of the guerrillas is supposed to be firing an M-16 on full auto, but his finger isn't on the trigger, it is outside the trigger guard.

When the plane is flying at the beginning its call letters are C-FJSM. But after it crashes at least three of the letters are now LHA.
