All seems to be going well in his life as he is very much in love with the beautiful Shanti, whom he wishes to marry. However, the twist in the tale happens when he finds out that he must arrest Din Dayal, Shanti's father. Their relationship is badly scarred when she openly defends her father, with two major consequences: Indrajeet's transfer and the overturning of Din Dayal's arrest. Years later, Indrajeet has retired and is now looking after his adopted daughter, Neelu. When he finds out that Neelu loves Vijay, Indrajeet arranges for them to be married, only to have the couple killed by his enemies.
