Trivia:
The character, Turtle, was based on Mark Wahlberg's real life assistant, Donnie "Donkey" Carroll, who died December 18, 2005 from an asthma attack at age 39.

Features cameos from former "Married...with Children" co-stars Ed O'Neil and David Faustino, but the pair do not share a scene together.

Mark Wahlberg produced the film and states it is loosely based on his life.

Jerry Ferrara plays "Turtle" whose real name is Salvatore Assante or simply "Sal". Ferrara is an owner and co-founder of Fat Sal's Deli in New York, Los Angeles, & Austin, Texas.

Domenick Lombordozzi briefly reprises "Dom", Vince's childhood friend who caused him problems in season 3, in the montage of people that are watching Drama's embarrassing video on TMZ. He's the one in prison probably from the police chase he was in on the episode "reDOMtion" on the series

During the credits when "Soundtrack Available On" comes up the "D" is missing from the word Soundtrack

During the movie, Ari Gold is stopped briefly by David Spade who asks for help. Gold replies that he doesn't know Spade and runs off. Jeremy Piven who plays Ari Gold, co-starred with Spade in PCU (1994).

Martin Landau made a cameo appearance playing his character from the series, Bob Ryan. Landau was 86 at the time of the films release making him the oldest cast member in the film followed by George Takei at 78.

The hospital where Sloan and Eric have their baby is the same hospital where Robert Downey Jr's baby was born in Due Date (2010).

Even though they don't share a scene, Entourage the Movie reunites Ed O'Neill and Andrew Dice Clay who appeared together in, Adventures of Ford Fairlane Rock and Roll Detective.

The film grossed $2 million from an early Tuesday night showing. Fandango reported over 50% of ticket sales that Tuesday were for Entourage.

The film takes place right after where the series left off with Ari and his wife in Italy.

According to Doug Ellin, the original cut of the film that was submitted to the MPAA was given the NC-17 rating. Ellin was forced to edit some of the more graphic sexual content in order to achieve the R rating.

The film reunites Adrian Grenier and Haley Joel Osment, fourteen years after A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001), in which Osment starred in and Grenier had a minor role in the car scene.

In the movie Ari Gold refers to Travis McCredle as "Forrest Gump Jr". Haley Joel Osment, who plays Tracks, was Forrest Gump's son in Forrest Gump.

Doug Ellen stated in an interview that he would love to make this a trilogy if things go well.

Mark Wahlberg and Kevin Dillon have both mentioned a sequel is likely, depending on how the first one is received.

Kevin Connolly broke his leg while filming a football scene with Russell Wilson.
