Shiv Nath is a good man and the eldest brother of an extremely wealthy family. He treats everyone well and helps the government in many activities. He leads a happy life with his wife, Parvathi and two sons, Ram and Lakshman.
His two younger brothers spoil all their wealth because of their addiction to alcohol. In the process, they get involved in illegal activities and become friendly with many criminals. They plot against Shiv Nath and have him murdered.
The young boys, Ram and Lakshman are assaulted, thrown into the river in a severely wounded state, and presumed dead. However, Parvathi takes her husband's ashes and vows that her sons would return some day to perform the last rites for their father and pay back their debt to her for the milk she fed them when they were babies, by exacting revenge upon their uncles. Will Parvathi's prayer be answered? Will her sons miraculously return to set right past wrongs?
