Audio/Video Mismatch
In the bar scene in town, while drinking beer discussing what a bounty hunter is, both characters glasses have different amounts in between various shots.

Factual Mistake
The film's starting title states that the time is 1858, 2 years before the Civil War. But the war began in 1861, which is 3 years later.
