When Baby Oopsie stabs David in his hand with a knife, she stabs him between his middle & ring fingers, in the next shot, the cut moves between his pinkie and ring finger, the cut only appears on the back of his hand even though the knife went all the way through and in the end when he's putting the Toys heads in the crate, there's no scar where he was stabbed.

John Buechler, who designed the Demonic Toys for this film, discredited himself from the film and has since criticized the design of the dolls.
