The free-spirited daughter of a sweet shop owner in small town Bareilly, Bitti Mishra falls in love with a progressive minded author named Pritam Vidrohi, who had penned the book titled 'Bareilly Ki Barfi'. Bitti identifies with the novel's strong lead character and seeks the help of her best friend/local printing press-owner, Chirag Dubey who is madly in love with her but reluctantly agrees to help find her soul-mate.
