This socially relevant saga revolves around Venu, a sincere and fearless man who works as a teacher. He gets transferred to a quaint village Athazhakunnu, but is shocked to find that it is a doomed village. Every child is born with some incurable illness and every adult is fighting a serious health hazard, due to the consumption of toxic food products.
Venu's wife Annie works as a nurse. When they arrive, it’s a piece of parched land lacking any greenery.
