Indian film actress Arpita Pal aka Arpita Chatterjee is known for her work in the Bengali film industry. She is married to actor Prosenjit Chatterjee. She made her film debut with the 1999 Bengali film 'Tumi Ele Tai', directed by Prabhat Roy, after which she acted in movies like Deva, Devdas, Inquilaab and more. She took a minor break in the middle to focus on her family and returned back in 2009 with the Bengali film 'Ekti Tarar Khonje'. She has worked in the films of renowned directors like Shakti Samanta and Rituporno Ghosh.
