Trivia:
Director Fede Alvarez enlisted the special effects team from the 1986 film Aliens to work on the creatures.

The film takes place between the events of Alien (1979) and Aliens (1986), bridging the 57-year gap during which Ellen Ripley was drifting in space.

The film will have its UK premiere at the Edinburgh International Film Festival on August 15, 2024, before its wide theatrical release.

The music score is composed by Benjamin Wallfisch, renowned for his work on Blade Runner 2049, IT, and Shazam!

Cinematographer Galo Olivares previously collaborated with Alvarez on Gretel & Hansel.
