Subhash is an upright and sincere Sub-Inspector of Police in Chennai. He cannot stand the suffering of the public and looks for ways to better their lives. He believes in the virtue of the law and order system to bring about a positive change in society. However, a series of disillusioning experiences transforms him from a law-abiding officer into a vengeful vigilante.
