Nana, seeking employment, gets involved with Mumbai's underworld after Abdul Hamid's death. With Ulhas Mhatre, Master, and Tatya, they form a gang. Ulhas has ties to Lady DCP Deshpande, who entrusts a mission to a secret officer, Sharmila, Nana's lover. Conflict arises when Nana's lover becomes a bar dancer, and Ulhas clashes with Kirti, leading to a series of killings. Ghosts haunt their actions, with Tatya dying in the flat. Ulhas, remorseful after reading Sheri's diary, decides to leave the underworld but is lured to his death by the ghosts. Nana, blaming Chengiz Khan, confronts him but is killed along with Chengiz by DCP Deshpande. Ultimately, it's revealed that Sharmila was the disguised officer. The story ends with even DCP Deshpande experiencing the haunting effects of the ghosts.
