What's In The Darkness (2015)

In the summer of 1991, a rape case breaks the peace of a small town. The fathers of two girls in the local middle school are the policemen in charge of the case. Nevertheless, they have very different working styles: Qu’s father is a stubborn legal medical expert who is always insisting on ironclad evidence, while Zhang’s father is a retired soldier who handles cases relying on his intuition and often extorts confessions through torture.
